This Strategic Partnership will bring mutual benefits and synergies for both parties. CHEMIROL continuously increases the share of its own branded products within its portfolio. The harmonisation of business activities of the two companies will enable CHEMIROL to gain more stable and flexible production access, as well as will result in better utilisation of CHEMARK’s assets. The closer cooperation reaffirms CHEMARK’s intention to launch a new investment wave to significantly increase its formulation and fill & pack capacities. That will increase further our service level for each of our tolling partners.
